In the event that you require to make a cancellation, we will try as best to accommodate your needs and unforeseen circumstances. However, during peak periods, like Chinese New Year, Christmas, all public holidays and subsequent long weekends, we seek your understanding to give us at least a week in advance to find a replacement for your slots.
If full payment has been made in advance, it is our understanding that this slot is confirmed and we will therefore turn away other interested enquiries when we have reached maximum capacity. If you decide to cancel with no other party to replace your dates at the same rate, we will be glad to refund you 50% of your payment. If your replacement has a shorter duration or is of a lower rate, you will still be required to make up the difference.
